Policies<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n
Rates<\/h5>

$150 an hour + tax, $500 for half day (4hrs) + tax, and $800 for a full day (6-8hrs) +tax. We have a $100 minimum charge +tax. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Desposit<\/h5>

We take $100-200 to book your appointment as a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of a tattoo. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Cancellation<\/h5>

Your deposit is non-refundable If your tattoo appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the time and a new deposit will be required for rescheduling. <\/p>\n

If you need to reschedule outside of the 24-hour limit, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.<\/p>\n

For custom designs, your deposit is non-refundable.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Legal Age<\/h5>

Clients must be 18 or older to sign and give consent to our waiver. Photo ID is required. The minimum age is 17 with parent or legal guardian consent, photo ID required of client and parent\/guardian along with a birth certificate or guardianship documentation. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Fees<\/h5>

We have no hidden fees. Consultations, designs, stencil prep, and post tattoo care are all included as part of the service. A customer is charged by the hour for the time they are being tattooed; time accounted for breaks during the tattoo is deducted. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

We provide privacy covers per request <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Walk-ins<\/h5>

Walk-ins are welcome from 11 am \u2013 5 pm Monday to Saturday. We are flexible and will take walk-ins before or after appointments within this timeframe. Flash tattoos are available as custom designs for small tattoos. However large-scale, custom designs are by appointment only with consultations required. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The Healing Process <\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
\n

Immediately following your tattoo appointment, your artist will wrap your tattoo using either Second Skin or a temporary plastic wrap\/gauze pad depending on the tattoo placement and your skin type. Following proper aftercare is essential to achieving the best healed result. Healing times vary from person to person, but most tattoos heal in stages over approximately 2\u20136 weeks depending on placement, lifestyle, skin type, overall health, stress levels, and sleep quality. We recommend:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    \n
  • For washing, use sensitive skin, unscented soap (ex. Dove Sensitive Skin)<\/li>\n
  • For moisturizing, use an unscented quality moisturizer (ex. Lubriderm or Aquaphor). Always apply moisturizer only in a very thin layer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    The Second Skin Healing Process <\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n
    While Bandaged:<\/h5>
      \n
    • Leave Second Skin on for 3\u20135 days<\/li>\n
    • Plasma, ink, and fluid buildup underneath the bandage is completely normal<\/li>\n
    • Avoid excessive sweating or activities that create heavy friction while the bandage is on. Showers are fine, but avoid soaking your tattoo.<\/li>\n
    • If the bandage begins leaking, punctures, or peels enough to expose the tattoo, remove it immediately.<\/li>\n
    • If irritation, itchiness, or redness develops around the adhesive, remove the bandage as this may indicate skin sensitivity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
      Removing the Bandage: <\/h5>
        \n
      • Remove slowly under lukewarm water if needed to help soften the adhesive.<\/li>\n
      • Peel downward and away from the skin gently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
        After Removing the Bandage:<\/h5>
          \n
        • Wash the tattoo gently using unscented soap and lukewarm water.<\/li>\n
        • Pat dry with a clean towel or allow to air dry.<\/li>\n
        • Wait approximately 15 minutes before moisturizing.<\/li>\n
        • Apply a very thin layer of unscented lotion 2\u20133 times daily.<\/li>\n
        • Avoid over-moisturizing or suffocating the tattoo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

          The Plastic Wrap Healing Process <\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n
            \n
          • Leave the wrap on for approximately 6\u201312 hours unless instructed otherwise by your artist.<\/li>\n
          • Remove the wrap and gently wash the tattoo using unscented soap and lukewarm water. Pat dry with a clean towel or allow to air dry.<\/li>\n
          • Wait approximately 15 minutes before applying moisturizer.<\/li>\n
          • Apply a very thin layer of unscented lotion 2\u20133 times daily for 2\u20133 weeks.<\/li>\n
          • Do not over-moisturize the tattoo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

            Other General Healing Instructions <\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n
              \n
            • Wash your tattoo with clean hands only.<\/li>\n
            • Avoid touching the tattoo unnecessarily during healing.<\/li>\n
            • Do not pick, scratch, or peel flaking skin or scabs.<\/li>\n
            • Peeling, dryness, itchiness, and dullness are normal parts of healing.<\/li>\n
            • Avoid tight or abrasive clothing over the tattooed area.<\/li>\n
            • Avoid direct sunlight while healing.<\/li>\n
            • No baths, hot tubs, swimming pools, lakes, or prolonged soaking until fully healed (showers are fine).<\/li>\n
            • Avoid excessive exercise or activities that cause friction or prolonged moisture during healing.<\/li>\n
            • Keep bedding, towels, and clothing clean while the tattoo heals.<\/li>\n
            • Avoid contact with dirt, pet hair, and unsanitary surfaces during the healing process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

              Numbing<\/strong> - We sell numbing creams and sprays. Fees are $60 + tax for a full bottle of cream ($30 + tax for half a bottle). It is recommended that the Artist applies the numbing cream. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

              What Are the Stages of The Healing Process? <\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n
              Stage 1 (Days 1\u20136) <\/h5>

              During the first stage of healing, it is normal for the tattoo to leak small amounts of blood, plasma, and excess ink. Mild redness, swelling, tenderness, warmth, or bruising around the tattoo is common during this stage. Continue cleaning the tattoo gently and moisturizing lightly as instructed. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

              Stage 2 (Days 7\u201314) <\/h5>

              During this stage, the tattoo will often begin to peel, flake, and appear dry or dull. Itchiness is very common during this part of healing. Do not scratch or pick at peeling skin or scabs, as this can damage the tattoo and affect healing. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

              Stage 3 (Days 15\u2013Up to 6 Weeks) <\/h5>

              Most peeling should now be complete, although some areas may still appear slightly dull, dry, or shiny while deeper layers of skin continue healing. As healing progresses, the tattoo will gradually regain clarity and settle into the skin. Continue moisturizing lightly and protecting the tattoo from sun exposure. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

              Important Healing Notes<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n

              The following symptoms are not normal and may require medical attention:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

              • Excessive swelling or worsening redness<\/li>\n
              • Yellow or green discharge<\/li>\n
              • Severe pain or excessive heat coming from the tattoo<\/li>\n
              • Deep scabbing<\/li>\n
              • Persistent, raised bumps or irritation<\/li>\n
              • Signs of infection or allergic reaction<\/li>\n
