Silverberry Renovation<\/h3>\n

This project included updating the entire home (kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry room, adding a storage area and new exterior siding). The client worked with an interior designer to select very colourful & fun finishes. This renovation required the homeowners and children to move out during construction, so the timeline and budget were of the upmost importance.<\/p>\n

Westside Road Renovation<\/h3>\n

This project was unique in the sense that the owners lived in Alberta and this was their vacation property. Project communication was ongoing through video conferencing. The main floor was completely gutted and re-done with a beach vibe style. For the walkout basement we constructed a separate entrance by hammering out rock and installing concrete\/wooden steps to the back living space. This allowed the owner to have a separate entrance to the suite which included a full kitchen for their guests.<\/p>\n

Bay Ave Renovation<\/h3>\n

This project was a complete overhaul plus\u00a0 a small addition to the primary bedroom\/ensuite. We were able to repurpose kitchen cabinetry to save budget and added a complementary island and solid surface counters. This renovation included updating all electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems. We built a large backyard deck and a smaller front yard deck accessible from living room. A year after the completion of the renovation, we built a single car detached garage.<\/p>\n

Downtown Penthouse Renovation<\/h3>\n

These repeat clients asked us to customize this brand-new penthouse condo to suit their contemporary lifestyle. This included reworking the primary bedroom to allow for a walk-in closet, new cabinets in the laundry room, and converting a den into media room.<\/p>\n

Carr\u2019s Landing Renovation<\/h3>\n

A Jillian Harris-designed renovation for Alberta clients involved completely gutting this walk out, lakeview home. The exterior was recladded with Hardie board and batten siding, with all windows and doors replaced. The high-end finishes required specialized installation. This home was transformed from dated to fresh Okanagan living. So much so that the clients moved in full time!<\/p>\n

Raymer Road Heritage Home Renovation<\/h3>\n

The challenge of the renovation was to bring it up to code while keeping the heritage status. We completely renovated the main floor, built a new pool and converted the garage into a pool house. We constructed the concrete pool deck and paver stone driveway. Repainting the exterior was the final touch to updating this special property.<\/p>\n

Walker Road Renovation<\/h3>\n

This bungalow makeover was designed around exterior living with access to the existing pool & established backyard. This home boasts three primary bedrooms with dedicated ensuites. This was a large renovation that required the clients to move out, thus the timeline was very compressed. A single garage was added which required building a new paver stone driveway. Final touch was all new landscaping.<\/p>\n
