We purchased our windows from Salmon Arm Window and Doors along with a new front door and today a new garage door opener. These guys are FANTASTIC to deal with because of their employees. The fellow that installed the door opener went out of his way to do a first-class installation. I rarely do reviews but this Company so deserves a five star review.

These guys do it right! You call, you make an appointment, they show up, they get the job done right, done quickly, and then call you shortly after to let you know it’s complete. It sounds so simple, right? Then why is it so hard to find these days?! Happy to have found out that you work in Revelstoke and will certainly give you a call next time I need work done!

Thanks to Shawn and Jay for their quick, friendly response to a Sorrento homeowner wanting to simply tune up his 30 year old doors and openers for his upcoming buyers.  I decided, after our initial discussion, that I would instead replace both openers with new ones, each with new two remotes, as a personal move-in gift to these wonderful new owners.  And I’m glad I did!

Fast, knowledgeable and nice guys. They took the extra time to make sure I wouldn’t need to call them back soon. Total door health check and good advice. Great service!

I run two car washes in town and have been using their service for just over two years now and I am very impressed with everything. They are quick to get jobs done while maintaining excellent work quality. Shawn is the main guy I deal with and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. Always coming in as soon as possible for repairs and makes ordering in new parts hassle free. Cory and Jay are the other employees who have done lots of work at my business and they are incredible as well. Would highly recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a reliable and problem free installation or maintenance job.

Spring broke on garage door.  They were out the next morning first thing.  Price was competitive and service was great.  Door and new spring lubed and quiet and smooth now. Actually need to add that 22 years ago they installed the doors and windows in our new home (through the builder) and after a couple of minor adjustments in 22 years we had garage door spring break once and that was all!

Mention to Shawn from the garage door branch. He’s the most kind and honest person in that industry hands down. I spoke with so many sales people all around Alberta BC and USA and Shawn was my favourite. I’m so glad I went with him. He gave us outstanding customer service. I don’t know how many times I called him for helps or questions and has always been able to help me out and far beyond. He also did research for me at the beginning and did calls and calls to get the answer I was looking for. I would recommend him over and over. Do not hesitate to go with him if you need a new garage door or fix one of yours. He also had the best price on the market too and good quality. Thank you, a thousand times, for all the work you did for us Shawn. Our tiny house would not look the same without that beautiful statement.
