About Us/Our Team
In the mid-1980’s, Robert entered the construction world in Vancouver as a framer. Utilizing his framing experience, he branched out to running his own projects and becoming a General Contractor. His deep understanding of how homes are properly built, and how all the pieces must fit together (managing personnel and materials in one cohesive project), is instrumental to the success of any LoneWolf Homes project (big or small).
In 2002, Robert relocated to Kelowna. Since then, LoneWolf Homes has built beautiful custom homes and fulfilled many clients’ renovation dreams. Robert has also been a Site Manager on multiple townhouse developments in Kelowna and Lake Country (ranging from 20-40 units).
LoneWolf Homes has developed a skilled network of resources to ensure every project runs smoothly, including municipal and District inspectors, design professionals, suppliers, engineers, and sub trades.

Our Credentials & Home Warranty Programs
The process of purchasing land and building your home is perhaps one of the biggest investments of time and money in a lifetime. Feel confident in your choice of LoneWolf Homes, as we are a Licensed Residential Builder with the Homeowner’s Protection Office.
BC Housing’s Licensing & Consumer Services (Formerly The Homeowner Protection Office (HPO) provides you, the new homeowner, with the confidence you are working with a licensed residential builder. The BC Homeowner Protection Act & Regulations (“Act”) was enacted on July 1, 1999, to ensure quality building. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the Act requires all residential builders to be licensed by the Homeowner Protection Office and to provide the “2/5/10” warranty from an approved third-party warranty provider. LoneWolf Homes uses the National Home Warranty Program for this third-party warranty.
