Benvoulin Build
A custom rancher-style home for a retired couple with room for their grandchildren. The design took into account separating the primary bedroom area from the guest rooms by having the kitchen and living space in the centre of the home. We also added accessibility features such as level entry shower and wide passages.
North End Build
An architecturally designed contemporary home with high efficiency products reaching Step 4 in the building code. This unique home boasts open yet cozy living spaces with a blend of modern and warm features.
Tupman Build
A custom two-story home with a “mortgage -helper” suite in the basement. A suspended slab allowed the area under the garage to be utilized for the suite. Clients were very involved in selecting all the finishes to their specific tastes.
The Farmhouse

Rayburn Dwelling I
The Rayburn Dwellings project was a LoneWolf Homes development opportunity, where we took a large single-family lot, subdivided into two generously sized single-family lots, and built two complementary homes.
This beautifully-designed West Coast-Inspired home showcases a blend of classic elegance and modern conveniences. After the homeowners moved in, we finished their yard with adding a pool, hardscaping & landscaping.
Rayburn Dwelling II
This home is a masterful blend of modern luxury and timeless design. Kettle Valley Gardena Townhomes
LoneWolf Homes provided the construction management of these thoughtfully designed townhomes, which offer a unique blend of craftsman design and community living in a picturesque setting. This project is in the Kettle Valley area of the Upper Mission in Kelowna, BC, where the owners can embrace both convenience and tranquility!
Tallus Ridge Build
This was a one-of-a kind, designer-built home with modern, yet comfortable finishes. A bungalow with walk out basement built on a unique view lot in a West Kelowna subdivision. The vaulted ceiling in the kitchen and living room is warmed up by wood treatment on the ceiling. Glass backsplash, oversize pendent lights and built in eat in kitchen are some of the many special features of this fabulous home.
Burne Avenue 4-Plex
A four-plex built on single family home lot provided four families a home. Rather than just the standard finishes, each unit had its own unique flair with flooring, millwork & lighting. Exterior cladding in Hardie with lap, shake and board & batten give the building dimension and character. Paving stones and xeriscaping provided low maintenance and easy living in the core of town.
Carriage Homes & Suites
LoneWolf Homes has built several carriage homes and understand the unique requirements to make the space as efficient as possible while blending in with the main house and neighbourhood. LoneWolf Homes has also been part of the design and construction of several basement suites, working within the parameters/restrictions set by the house footprint and mechanical system locations.
